1. Reservation Terms & Conditions

• As per Egyptian law, guests are required to present a valid original ID or a valid original passport upon check-in.

• Airport arrival transportation should be arranged in advance by contacting the hotel Reservations Department at least 24 hours before arrival. Transportation from alternative airports can be arranged, prices are quoted upon request.

• Awaiting your acceptance to act accordingly to secure the space availability

• In case of payment delay, the booking will be released & canceled without prior notes.

• Any changes for the requested or confirmed bookings such as guest name capacity, arrival, Early departure, and room types will be subject to the hotel confirmation

• Availability, rates, and supplements are subject to change according to the hotel's situation.

 

1. Cancellation and Payment Policy:

• Any cancellations should be received by Monte-Carlo’s reservation department in writing

• Please refer to the cancellation and payment status on your confirmation.

• Non-refundable – 100% of the entire stay will be charged at the time of booking. 

• A payment link or credit card authorization or Bank Details will be sent and should be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking. 

• In the event of non-payment, the booking will be subject to availability, and rates are subject to change.

• No show will be subject to full charge full stay.

• 1 Adult +2 CH (0-2.99) (0-2.99) Will Apply the Single rate.

• 1 Adult +1 CH (2.99-11.99) Will Apply the Single rate.

• 1 Adult +1 CH (0-2.99) +1 CH (2.99-11.9) Will Apply the Single rate +50% from the adult rate (in case double rate less than sgl+50% DBL rate to be applied).

• 1 Adult +2 CH (2.99-11.99) (2.99-11.99) Will Apply the Single rate +50% from the adult rate (in case double rate less than sgl+50% DBL rate to be applied).

• 2 Adult +1 CH (0-2.99) Will Apply the Double rate.

• 2 Adult +2 CH (0-2.99) (0-2.99) Will Apply the Double rate.

• 2 Adult +1 CH (2.99-11.99) Will Apply the Double rate.

• 2 Adult+1 CH(0-2.99)+1 CH (2.99-11.99) Will Apply Double rate+50% from the adult rate
